Delivery & Returns | ANSIS Online Shopping

DELIVERY

  • We mainly deliver to the United Kingdom (UK) mainland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. 

  • Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after your order has been placed. Once your order has been processed then we will ship your parcel. We’ll email you tracking information once your order is on its way. 

  • We use DPD Local, Evri, Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our carriers. 

  • UK working days are Monday - Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. 

 

1. Fast & Free UK Delivery

For all UK orders a reference/tracking number will be provided to you when your order has been dispatched. Our courier will deliver your parcel between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday - Saturday. A signature may be required on receipt. 

If you are not around to accept your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to a local depot and leave you a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery.

 

2. UK Next Working Day Delivery

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday will be delivered between 7am and 10pm on the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the third working day after you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed anytime on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered by 12 noon on Wednesday. 

 

We use Evri for our next day delivery courier service. We will contact you by email to provide a tracking code once it becomes available, and they will email you a one hour delivery timeslot once your order is out for delivery. If you have provided a valid UK mobile number with your order, Evri will also text your delivery timeslot to you. They will attempt to deliver between 7am and 10pm. You will need to provide a signature for the delivery.

UK Next Working Day Delivery is charged at £9.99 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the order

 

3. Orders & Delivery outside the United Kingdom (UK)

Unfortunately, we do not sell to countries outside the UK.


RETURNS

Return of an Item: We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date of order. We are unable to process any exchange requests.

 

1. Return by post:

We will issue a refund on receipt of the item in its original condition.

Please note:
- the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- unless sent by Special Delivery the parcel may take up to 7 working days to reach us.

2. Return via Evri ParcelShop or Locker

This is a really convenient way to return your items as the Evri ParcelShops are open early in the morning and late at night. You can find your nearest one at Evri ParcelShop. You'll need to use the Evri ParcelShop address label on your advice note.

How to return a parcel with Evri:

Return a parcel to your retailer in 3 EASY steps.

1. Start your return on Evri website or app: Provide your details, select a return method and complete steps to confirm your return with Evri.

2. Get your return ready: Complete the steps for your selected return method. This includes instructions on packaging your return and printing your label.

3. Drop off your return or have it collected: Drop off at a ParcelShop or Locker. Or, your friendly courier will collect from an address of your choice. You can track your return on its way back to the retailer.

 

Return Receipts: However you return your item, please remember to obtain and keep a receipt. You will need to quote the unique reference code on your receipt if you have a query about your return. Please keep your receipt until you have received a credit for your return.

 

Faulty Items: If the item received is faulty on receipt, please contact Online Customer Services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.

 

Nothing in this policy affects the consumer’s statutory rights.

Your right to cancel  

Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. 

Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

 

Your right to a refund  

You should get a refund within 14 days of either the trader getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between ANSIS Online Shopping and you requires that you return the goods to ANSIS Online Shopping on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
