ANSIS Online Shopping | Delivery and Returns

We mainly deliver to the United Kingdom (UK) mainland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

UK working days are Monday - Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Once your order has been processed then we will ship your parcel. We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our carriers.

Fast & Free UK Delivery

All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and a reference/tracking number will be provided to you when your order has been dispatched. Our courier will deliver your parcel between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday - Saturday.

A signature will be required on receipt.

If you are not around to accept your parcel, the courier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to a local depot and leave you a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery.

UK Next Working Day Delivery

Orders placed before 12:30pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered by 12 noon on the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the second working day after you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed anytime on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered by 12 noon on Tuesday.

We use Parcelforce for our next day delivery courier service. They will contact you by email to provide a tracking code once it becomes available, and email you a one hour delivery timeslot once your order is out for delivery. If you have provided a valid UK mobile number with your order, Parcelforce will also text your delivery timeslot to you. They will attempt to deliver between 7:30am and 7:30pm. You will need to provide a signature for the delivery.

UK Next Working Day Delivery is charged at £14.99 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the order

Orders & Delivery outside the United Kingdom (UK)

Your right to cancel

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

Your right to a refund

You should get a refund within 14 days of either the trader getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
